Return and Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of invoice for items in new, unused condition, unwashed, free of pet hair, soil or odour. If any of these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to Purchaser. All refund will exclude shipping and handling cost unless we sent the wrong item or if there was a manufacturing defect. Contact our customer service department via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return instruction. In your message, please indicate your item detail to be returned, phone number and any details you’d like to discuss the item. Item must be received within 14 days from when the return/exchange authorization process was issued. Ensure your package for the full value of the merchandise. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please note that all shipping costs on returns are not covered by Hapuland. Exchange requests are permitted on the same product for a different size based on stock availability.

Returning Product from Outside Canada
Returns from outside Canada must clearly specify “no commercial value” and “return to manufacturer” on the outside of the package and/or customs paperwork. Hapuland is not responsible for shipping fees, customs, duties and/or taxes of any product return.
